Postage and Packaging:

Standard postage to the UK is £2.50. Additional costs apply for other countries (If you place an item in your cart and select your county it will automatically calculate the postage expenses for you, so you can see them before you buy).

All items will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

If you would prefer to have an item sent Special Delivery then please drop me a line using the 'contact me' form and I will send you a paypal invoice for the cost of Special Delivery (This will be £6).

 For international orders postage is £7. This is because I send the items recorded, insured delivery. If you would prefer your purchase to be send standard class instead then please get in touch with me at mail@jessaminedesigns.co.uk. However, if standard class items go missing I will not be held responsible, and standard royal mail insurance may not cover the full cost of the item.

All items from the Classic & Murano range will be packaged in a black cardboard jewellery box, items from the Bargain Boutique range will be packaged in a velvet pouch or organza gift bag, all items will be posted in a well padded envelope.

I will do my best to ship your purchase within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If there is any delay I will let you know.

 Payment:

Currently the only method of payment I accept is Paypal.

 

Returns:

I take great care when making my jewellery, and make sure all photos are a true representation of the product, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase then please get in touch with me. If we cannot resolve the issue then I will refund you your money (minus the postage costs).

I request that any refunds be sent via recorded delivery, and that the item be returned to me in its original condition. Any item you wish to return needs to be returned to me within 7 days of reciept.
